Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
- 4 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Meat
- 🥓 150g pork belly, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 🌰 Sesame seeds, to taste
- 1 pickled plum, pitted and mashed
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar

Shred the cabbage and thinly slice the shiso leaves. Pit the pickled plum and mash it with a knife.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, then reduce to low heat. Add the pork slices one by one and cook until the color changes. Remove and let cool, then cut into 1cm strips.

In a bowl, mix the mashed plum, mayonnaise, and vinegar.

Add the cabbage, pork, and shiso leaves to the bowl and mix well.
