- 🌰 1 piece ginger, julienned

Cut the salmon and cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until browned on one side, then flip and cook for another minute.

Move the ingredients slightly aside and dissolve the miso into the liquid. Mix everything thoroughly.
