Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 70g burdock, julienned
Seasoning
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Meat Mixture
- 150g ground chicken
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
