- 🥦 1/2 head cauliflower
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, cut into 3cm pieces
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g), cut into bite-sized pieces
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Separate the cauliflower into small florets and cut the green onion into 3cm pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, miso, mayonnaise) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken, green onion, and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add the cauliflower and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Add the sauce mixture and stir-fry over low heat until well combined.
