- 🍗 250g skinless chicken breast
- 🥬 1 stalk celery
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a dash of pepper
