Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Reserve 1 tbsp of pancake mix for the cheese filling.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth. Add yogurt, sugar, beaten egg, lemon juice, and reserved pancake mix, mixing well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, combine egg, yogurt, and vegetable oil. Gradually add the remaining pancake mix and mix until a dough forms. Divide into 8 portions and roll each into a 15cm stick.

Shape the dough sticks into rings on the prepared baking tray, pinching the ends to seal. Pour the cheese filling into the center of each ring. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
