- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 🧀 2 slices processed cheese
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut the chikuwa sticks open lengthwise without cutting through completely. Divide the processed cheese into 4 pieces.
Stuff the cheese into the chikuwa, reform the original shape, and cut each into 4 pieces to make 8. Wrap each piece with pork belly and shape it firmly.
Mix the yakiniku sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Place the pork-wrapped chikuwa seam-side down and cook until browned, turning occasionally over medium heat.
Once the pork is cooked through, add sake and the prepared sauce. Coat the rolls evenly and serve.
