- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs for filling
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs for coating

- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp medium-thick sauce

- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- Enough salad oil for deep frying

Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool.
In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk.
In another bowl, mix ground pork, minced onion, soaked breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until sticky. Divide into 4 portions and wrap each portion around 1/4 of the pizza cheese, forming balls.
Coat each ball in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C and deep-fry the balls for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and drizzle with medium-thick sauce.
