Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and remove the core. Slice the potato into 5mm thickness and soak in water for 5 minutes.
In a microwave-safe container, mix the seasonings (☆). Add pork, potato, and cabbage, and mix until evenly coated. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes until the pork is cooked.
Sprinkle pizza cheese on top, cover loosely again, and microwave for 1 minute until the cheese melts.
