- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 4 slices melting cheese
Seasoning
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Topping
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
