Base
- 150g pancake mix
- 🧀 3 tbsp powdered cheese
- 🧈 40g unsalted butter
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Topping
- 🥛 2 tsp milk
- Pinch of black pepper

Bring butter to room temperature and preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, mix pancake mix and powdered cheese. Add butter and rub with fingertips until crumbly. Add milk and mix roughly with a fork, then knead into a dough.

Roll the dough to 1cm thickness and shape into a circle. Cut into 6 wedges.

Place wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with milk and sprinkle black pepper. Bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes.
