- 200g ground meat
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 💧 100ml water
- Pinch of pepper
단계
Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W. Drain and let cool.
Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl to moisten.
Combine ground meat, onion, salt, and pepper in the bowl. Mix until sticky and divide into two portions. Shape into patties.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Push to the side of the pan.
Add tomato sauce ingredients (★) and stir. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, occasionally spooning sauce over the patties.
Top with pizza cheese, cover, and cook until melted. Serve on a plate.
