- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
- 🧀 4 slices cheese
- 16 green beans
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil, as needed
Coating
- 1 tbsp flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs, as needed
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 5 pickled shallots

- 1 green leaf
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)

Cut the tomato into 8 wedges, keeping the cut side up.
Boil green beans for 1 minute, then cool in cold water and drain. Trim ends and cut in half.
Cut cheese slices in half. Mince boiled egg and pickled shallots.
Season pork slices with salt and pepper. Place half a cheese slice and 1/8 of the green beans on each slice, then roll tightly. Coat rolls with flour.
Dip rolls in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C in a pan (about 1cm depth). Fry rolls for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
Mix mayonnaise, minced boiled egg, and pickled shallots to make tartar sauce.
Arrange green leaf and tomato on a plate, place fried rolls on top, and drizzle with tartar sauce.
