Tofu
- 150g firm tofu
Meat
- 8 slices thinly sliced pork belly
Cheese
- 🧀 1 slice melting cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Cornstarch as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
Sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar

Wrap firm tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds. Place a weight on top to remove excess water.
Cut the drained tofu into 16 equal pieces.
Season pork slices with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch. Place one piece of tofu, 1/8 slice of cheese, and another piece of tofu on the pork slice, sandwiching the cheese. Roll the pork slice tightly. Repeat for all 8 rolls.
Coat the surface of the rolls with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls in the pan and cook until all sides are golden brown.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar) to the pan and coat the rolls evenly. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
