재료
Dry Ingredients
- 100g glutinous rice flour
- 200g pancake mix
Wet Ingredients
- 150g silken tofu
- 💧 3 tbsp water
Cheese
- 🧀 80g pizza cheese
Oil
- 1/2 tsp salad oil

Place glutinous rice flour in a plastic bag and crush it finely using a rolling pin.
In a bowl, whisk silken tofu until smooth. Add glutinous rice flour and mix. Then add pancake mix and mix gently with a spatula until crumbly. Add water and knead by hand until the dough comes together. Divide into 8 portions.
Rub a small amount of salad oil on your hands and shape each portion into a ball. Flatten to 2cm thickness and place an equal amount of pizza cheese in the center. Wrap the dough around the cheese and reshape into a ball.
Lightly coat a frying pan with salad oil using a paper towel. Place the dough balls in the pan, cover with a lid, and cook on very low heat for 15 minutes. Flip and cook for another 15 minutes.
