Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken breast, trimmed
- 25g cod roe, sliced
Vegetables
- 🥦 150g broccoli, cut into florets
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of salt and pepper

- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut broccoli into small florets and place in a microwave-safe container. Add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Drain the water.
Slice the cod roe into 1cm pieces.
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until the chicken changes color. Add broccoli and stir until the mayonnaise coats everything evenly.
Add cod roe, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry until the cod roe changes color and is well combined.
