- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
- 🥬 6 Brussels sprouts, halved
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🐟 3 anchovy fillets, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
