- 🍗 120g ground chicken
- 1 piece hanpen (about 120g)
- 25g red pickled ginger
- 🥬 1 cabbage leaf (about 50g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (about 50g)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/5 tsp salt
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp salad oil
For Frying
