- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion

- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil

Cut the onion into wedges.
Remove the stems from shiitake mushrooms and cut them into a cross shape.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Mix sake, sugar, soy sauce, and mirin in a container.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place chicken thigh skin-side down, and cook until browned. Flip the chicken and add onion, stir-frying together. Cover and cook on low heat until the chicken is cooked through.
Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and simmer until the ingredients are coated. Serve on a plate and garnish with onsen eggs.
