Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage, chopped

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with sake and then coat with cornstarch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken, flipping occasionally, for 4–5 minutes until fully cooked. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning mixture (sugar, ponzu sauce, salt, and pepper) and stir quickly.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
