Chicken Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake

- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- Dash of pepper
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Thickening Agent
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
