- 🍗 1 chicken breast
- 🧅 1/2 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp chicken broth powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Roughly chop the onion and finely chop the green pepper.
Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with sake and potato starch, kneading well.
Add oyster sauce, mayonnaise, chicken broth powder, grated ginger, and sesame oil to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add the chopped onion and green pepper to the mixture and combine well.
Dust the mixture with potato starch to prepare for frying.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to about 170°C, ensuring the oil is about 1 cm deep.
Scoop the mixture with a spoon and gently drop it into the frying pan.
Fry until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
