Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (200g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp consomme
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- to taste black pepper
단계
Cut the chicken thigh into 1cm cubes.
Dice the onion and carrot into 7mm cubes. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds and stem, then dice into 7mm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and carrot, sauté until the onion becomes translucent. Add chicken and cook until fully done, then add bell pepper and sauté for 1 minute.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry to break up clumps. Add the seasonings (consomme, curry powder, salt, black pepper) and mix well.
