- 🍗 50g ground chicken
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
- 5g vermicelli
Soup Base
- 💧 300cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
