- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
- 🍗 150g chicken mince
- 🥕 50g carrot, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 90g Hayashi roux, chopped
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 200ml water
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, a pinch

Slice the onion thinly. Cut the carrot in half lengthwise and slice into thin half-moons. Chop the Hayashi roux.
In a microwave-safe container, combine onion, carrot, chicken mince, Hayashi roux, salt, pepper, and water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Stir to distribute the seasoning evenly, cover again, and microwave for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls, pour the roux mixture over the rice, and garnish with chopped parsley.
