- 🍚 200g cooked rice
Meat
- 🍗 80g minced chicken
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 🧅 30g chopped green onion
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced

- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
단계
Rinse the cooked rice in a sieve to remove stickiness and drain well.
Slice the green onion thinly. Separate shiitake mushroom caps and stems, slicing the stems thinly and the caps into 5mm slices.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add minced chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and water) along with shiitake mushrooms. Bring to a boil and skim off any foam.
Add the rice, bean sprouts, and green onion to the pot. Bring to a boil again, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
