- 🍗 100g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 400g grated daikon
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧅 To taste chopped green onion

- 🍝 100g spaghetti

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 300ml water

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onion into 2cm pieces and grate the daikon.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook until the color changes. Push the chicken to the side and add green onion, cooking until browned.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) and mix. Once boiling, add spaghetti (broken in half) and stir. Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 minute less than the package instructions.
Add grated daikon and simmer for 1 minute. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
