  • Batter

    • 150 ml chicken broth
    • 100 g all-purpose flour
    • 🥚 1 egg
  • Soup Sauce

    • 1/2 tbsp doubanjiang
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 2 cloves minced ginger
    • 🧅 Generous amount of chopped green onion
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp miso
    • 40 ml fried oil
    • 2 cups chicken broth
