- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning

- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Pinch of chopped parsley

- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder

Slice the onion thinly, dice the tomato into 1cm cubes, and mince the garlic.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and black pepper, and coat with flour.
Place the chicken, onion, tomato, garlic, and sauce ingredients into a microwave-safe container and mix. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 7–8 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Add the pizza cheese, cover again, and let it sit until the cheese melts.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
