- 🍄 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
Sauce
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 💧 100cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧈 20g salted butter
