Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake (for marinating)
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce (for marinating)
- 1 tsp chopped wasabi
Coating
- As needed all-purpose flour

Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
