- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🧅 1 scallion, minced
- Sliced chili as needed
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
