- 🍗 2 chicken thighs
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 50g sweet pickled shallots, minced
- 3 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 myoga, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
