- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- 🍗 125g chicken breast
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes
Plum Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 plum (seed removed)
Green Beans with Sesame
- 4 green beans
- 1g bonito flakes
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp sesame seeds

Remove the seed from the plum and mash it into a paste.
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices using a diagonal slicing technique and coat with cornstarch.
Heat 1 tsp of salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add the beaten egg, and stir gently over low heat until scrambled. Remove from the pan.
Add 1 tsp of salad oil to the pan, heat over medium, and cook the chicken slices for about 3 minutes until both sides change color.
Add the plum teriyaki sauce ingredients to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
Trim the ends of the green beans, cut into bite-sized pieces, and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Mix with the sesame dressing ingredients.
Assemble the bento box with rice, green beans, scrambled egg, plum teriyaki chicken, and cherry tomatoes.
