Main Ingredients
- 4 chikuwa sticks
- 200g pancake mix
- 🥚 1 egg
- 3 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- Vegetable oil as needed
- 🥚 Beaten egg as needed
- Mayonnaise as needed
- Dried parsley as needed
Filling Ingredients
- 30g pizza cheese
- 35g canned tuna in oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste

Drain the oil from the canned tuna and bring butter to room temperature.
Mix the filling ingredients (cheese, tuna, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Cut a slit into each chikuwa stick, stuff with the filling, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the egg, yogurt, and butter. Add pancake mix and knead until a dough forms. Divide into equal portions.
Grease your hands with vegetable oil, flatten each dough portion, place a stuffed chikuwa piece on top, and wrap to form a ball.
Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the surface with beaten egg, cut a shallow cross on top, and add a dollop of mayonnaise.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes. Sprinkle dried parsley on top before serving.
