Wrapper
- 2 sheets spring roll wrappers
Main Filling
- 4 pieces chikuwa
- 4 sausages
Cooking Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Binding Paste
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 tsp water

Place chikuwa in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 30 seconds.
Stuff each chikuwa hole with a sausage.
Place two stuffed chikuwa horizontally on a spring roll wrapper and roll tightly. Seal the edge with the flour-water paste. Repeat to make two rolls.
Heat about 1cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy.
