Beans
- 1 can kidney beans or mixed beans (120-140g)
Vegetables
- 🍅 2 tomatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Oil and Spices
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- A pinch of chili powder
Liquids and Condiments
- 💧 3/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Garnish
- 🌿 A pinch of parsley
Meatball Mixture
- 🥩 250g ground beef and pork mix
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 🍞 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of ground black pepper

In a bowl, mix ground meat, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Form into meatballs.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant.
Add diced tomatoes, curry powder, chili powder, water, ketchup, and salt. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Return the meatballs to the pan. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the canned beans and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
