- 🍗 1 pack (100g) salad chicken
- 🌱 3 stalks (100g) asparagus
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Trim the bottom of the asparagus stalks. Peel the lower half with a peeler and cut diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Place the asparagus and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Drain and let cool.
Shred the salad chicken into small pieces by hand.
Mix the seasonings (soy sauce, chicken stock powder, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the asparagus and shredded chicken, then toss lightly.
