- 1 pack (100g) salad chicken
- 3 green peppers (90g)

Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, then slice thinly crosswise. Place the green peppers in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain excess water.
Shred the salad chicken into thin strips by hand.
