Vegetables
- 1 pack maitake mushrooms
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of pepper
단계
Trim the root of the maitake mushrooms and separate them by hand. Julienne the carrot.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot and stir-fry until softened, then add the maitake mushrooms and stir-fry until tender.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper) and stir-fry until well combined.
Add the white sesame seeds and stir briefly before serving.
