- 120g salted stem wakame
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Sliced chili to taste

Place salted stem wakame in a bowl with plenty of water and wash off the salt. Cut into thin strips for easier consumption. Soak the wakame in water for 20 minutes to remove excess salt, then drain.
