- 🍚 2 cups washed rice
- 1 piece mochi, diced
Seafood
- 🐚 100g shelled clams
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned

- 1 tbsp sake for preparation
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
