Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings fresh Chinese noodles
Meat
- 🐖 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1 head bok choy (100g)
- 🥕 1/4 carrot (37.5g), sliced
- 100g bean sprouts
Oil and Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 600ml water
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Separate bok choy leaves and stems. Slice stems into quarters and leaves into 4cm pieces. Slice carrot thinly.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned. Add bok choy stems, carrot, and bean sprouts, stir-frying for 2 minutes.
Add all soup ingredients except miso and bok choy leaves. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Turn off heat and dissolve miso into the soup.
Cook Chinese noodles according to package instructions. Drain well.
Place noodles in bowls, pour soup over, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
