- 🌽 42g canned corn
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil

- 2 tsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tbsp starch

Cut the chingensai in half lengthwise and chop into bite-sized pieces. Rub pork slices with a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Mix all combined seasoning ingredients in a separate bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add corn, shredded crab sticks, and stir lightly. Add chingensai and stir-fry until softened.
Pour the combined seasoning into the pan, bring to a boil, and cook until the sauce thickens.
