재료
Protein
- 🐖 300g sliced pork
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
- 🥚 4 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced (100g)
- 300g cabbage, shredded
- 200g bean sprouts
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
Condiments
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Base
- 🍚 600g cooked rice
- Pickled ginger, to taste

Slice the onion into 5mm wedges and julienne the cabbage and carrot.
Beat the eggs in a bowl until well mixed.
Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a pan over medium heat, pour in the eggs, stir gently, and cook until semi-set. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, heat the remaining oil, stir-fry the pork until its color changes, then add shrimp and cook until pink. Add onion and carrot, stir-fry until softened, then add cabbage and bean sprouts.
Add the condiments (sake, sugar, dashi, soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce) and stir well. Add the cornstarch slurry and mix until thickened. Return the eggs to the pan and mix briefly.
Serve the stir-fry mixture over bowls of rice and garnish with pickled ginger.
