- 🌿 50g cilantro
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Seasoning for chicken
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
Dressing
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Pinch of black pepper

Pierce the chicken breast with a fork, season with salt, pepper, and cooking wine. Place on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
