Main Ingredients
- 30g vermicelli
- 🍤 6 peeled shrimp (90g)
- 30g cilantro
- 🧅 1/6 red onion, thinly sliced
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 🥜 2 tbsp peanuts, chopped
Dressing
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp sliced chili
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut cilantro into 2cm pieces. Thinly slice red onion and soak in water, then drain. Quarter cherry tomatoes. Chop peanuts.
