Noodles
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Seafood
- 50g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 10g cilantro, chopped
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

- 300ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
