- 🐚 400g clams (with shells)
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (about 100g) king oyster mushrooms
- 100g lotus root (1/2 section)
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 red chili
- 🌿 2–3 sprigs basil leaves
Seasonings
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- Black pepper to taste
Sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp soy sauce

Clean the clams thoroughly and soak them in salted water to remove sand.
Slice the king oyster mushrooms and lotus root into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and red chili until fragrant.
Add clams, mushrooms, and lotus root to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Pour sake into the pan and cover with a lid. Steam for 3–5 minutes until clams open.
Mix fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the mixture to the pan and stir well.
Garnish with basil leaves and serve hot.
