Wrapper
- 1 pack (25 pieces) gyoza wrappers
Meat
- 150g minced pork
Vegetables
- 1/3 bunch chives, chopped
- 1/8 head cabbage, chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Chop the chives and cabbage into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix minced pork and seasonings until sticky.
